How does the registration work?

There are several steps for completing your registration.

• [I] Inform yourself about which ticket option you want to book
• [II] Decide whether you want to book a single ticket or a ticket for a group/delegation and follow the instructions for the booking process
• [III] Each attending individual submits additional information via the „BayernMUN2026_additional information“-form. The information we request concerns dietary preferences, medical conditions and role specific information (for delegates: country assignment, for staff: requests for deployment). We kindly ask delegates from group registrations to submit their information individually as well, as completing this form is a mandatory requirement for participation in the conference.

Optionally you can also:

• [IV] apply individually for a conference scholarship to be freed from the ticket fees

I. Ticket Options & Prices

Lets talk prices: We, the organizing UNSN. e.V. are a non-profit organization. Therefore we try to keep the prices as low as possible. Nevertheless, we know that not everyone is priviled enough to spend the amounts below out of its own pocket. Therefore we offer scholarships for those who are socially disadvantaged or especially capable.

There are two ticket options to choose from:

• Basic Ticket Option: EARLY BIRD OFFER until 30.09.2025: 85 € (after: 95 €)
  • participation in the MUN-conference itself
  • all meals during the conference
  • coffee and cake during coffee breaks
  • access to all framework-program events (such as the delegates dance, the Hertie School Meet & Greet, the Expert Panel Discussions & Keynotes, the optional educational morning program on Friday, optional Rules of Procedure workshop on Friday morning)
  • Registration open 01.08.2025-31.01.2026
• Accomoation Option: EARLY BIRD OFFER until 30.09.2025: 150 € (after: 165 €)
  • Everything from the Basic ticket
  • Accommodation for two nights in the conference hotel
  • Registration open 01.08.-31.12.2025

II. Registration

IIa. Delegate_Single registration

You want to attend the BayernMUN2026 on your own? Great! You can book your ticket via the link below. Your Steps:

• (1) You are directed to a google form where you insert all necessary personal data.
• (2) After this step, you can pay your ticket directly. You will be able to choose from various payment methods.

IIb. Delegate_Group registration

You are a delegate/faculty advisor and want to register your delegation / group of delegates? Great! You can book your tickets via the link below. Be aware that the number of tickets should not only include the delegates, but also all faculty-advisors/teachers taking part in the conference/framework program. Your Steps:

• (1) You are directed to a google form where you insert all necessary data concerning your group, including how many tickets you want to order.
• (2) After completing the form, the system will generate an automatic invoice, which we will then send to you by e-mail.

IIc. Staff/Chair_registration

You want to join the BayernMUNStaff? Great! We will offer experienced members of the MUN community, to become part of our conference staff. You are eligible as staff, if you are familiar with the NMUN Rules of Procedure, i.e. have already participated in conferences with these rules. As staff, you can join the conference (inkl. meals etc.) for free. Accommodation is not covered, however we will try to assist you with finding something nearby. Please be aware that we only accept applications to the amount that we are in the need of additional staff.

External Staff applications are open 01.10.-31.12.2025. Staff members can skip the official registration and directly fill out the BayernMUN2026_additional information form, which can be found under step [III].

III. Additional Information/Country Assignment/Staff Application

The following form contains the following aspects:

(1) For everyone – Additional information: we want to make your stay at the BayernMUN2026-conference as smooth as possible for you. In the form you can provide additional information about your stay, such as dietary preferences, disabilities or if you may have to come late/leave early.

(2) For Delegates: Country Assignment: You are a delegate? Fill out the form to choose the UN member state you want to represent at BayernMUN2026. We will try to respect every preference submitted. As some member states are however more popular than others, we cant guarantee, you will get your first or second choice. If you cant complete the country assignment in time, no worries, we will choose a country for you.

The first member states are distributed on the 15.12.2025 (country assignment – round I). Delegates who complete the country assignment form will be able to choose from the leftover member states and receive their country on the 31.01.2025 (country assigment – round II). This means: if you want a sought-after member state, complete the country assigment before the first deadline.
