STEP III – submit additional information form

To ensure that you have great and memorable BayernMUN-experience, we need to request additional information. To do this, we kindly ask you to fill out the form you can find below. It contains parts that every participant (delegate, faculty-advisor/teacher, staff) has to answer and parts that are only relevant for certain groups. After you have inserted your role at the beginning of the form, the form will only request the information that is relevant. The form contains the following aspects:

(1) All participants – Additional information: we want to make your stay at the BayernMUN2026-conference as smooth as possible for you. In the form you can provide additional information about your stay, such as dietary preferences, disabilities or if you may have to come late/leave early.

(2) For Delegates – Country Assignment: You are a delegate? Then you will also be asked to choose your member states for the conference (so called: Country Assignment). The first member states will be distributed among those, who have fill out the form by 15.12.2025 (country assignment – round I). Delegates who complete the country assignment form by the 31.01.2025 (country assigment – round II) will be able to choose from the countries not distributed in round I. This means: if you want a sought-after member state, complete the country assigment before the first deadline. If you do not choose a country we will attribute one to you.

(3) For Staff: You are a staff member? Then you will be asked to register and fill out the requests for deployement.
